How far do you deliver?

We cover almost every parts in Tokyo & Saitama Prefecture. Some parts in Chiba & Kanagawa Prefecture (mostly near city areas). A small parts in Tochigi, Gunma, Ibaraki Prectures. Delivery dates are set for some region, so please contact our staff for more details.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

Depends on stocks availability. The fastest may be the next day after your making your order by 10pm. Delivery days are fixed for distant places.

What kind of fish are available now? I'd like to know what kind of fish do you sell?

During the delivery, our staffs will provide you the information about live fish. We also provide other services upon customer requests. Such as sending out daily market fresh fish which includes the collection region, market price & etc.

How long do live fish stays alive?

We cannot guarantee the livespan because it is a living creature as it will change depending on environment. It will be managed by each stores after the delivery. We recommend to use it within 3 days after delivery.

What should I do if there is something wrong with my fish tank or live fish?

Please contact the representative or us. We will handle it depending on the situation.

Can you also deliver fresh fish?

The answer is yes! We will send you "Fresh Fish Information" including price from Toyosu Market and Kawasaki Market. It will be send on the previous evening so do order any fresh fish you want that is listed down in the information.We are able to deliver your request on the following day if is within our delivery service area.（※Order is close by 10pm, the day before the delivery) Please contact us for more details about our delivery area.

Do you have live fish for ornament purposes?

We do not always have the item in stock, but we are able to satisfied your requirements. Please contact our staffs for more details.

For customers who eats in, they can taste the huge difference of freshness between the live and fresh fish. Another merit of live fish is being able to use it as a high quality dish at anytime.

About how to thaw frozen processed products

The defrosting method is different depending on the product. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Can frozen processed products be frozen and stored again after defroze?

We cannot guarantee the quality of the product once it is defroze, as the quality will change. We do not recommend refreezing it again.

"Musashinoan Yuba" is handmade carefully by our company. Using pure domestic soybeans from Saga Prefecture and high purity well water from the Okutama.

We do provide a "flat-rate plan including live fish tanks" which can be easily introduced without buying a fish tank. It also includes quick inspection(twice a month), seawater replacement(yearly), and compensation for any emergency repair costs of attached equipment. The monthly fee is around 10,000 yen or higher.

The tank itself would be expensive, right?

We are able install fish tanks that is in a range of 300,000 yen or even higher depending on the conditions. We also provide tanks with leased and other services according to your requirements. We do provide a "flat-rate plan including live fish tanks" which can be easily introduced without buying a fish tank. What types of fish tanks are available?

There are two basic types of fish tanks: acrylic tanks (fish shown from sideways) and fish cage type tanks (fish shown above). We also produce original fish tanks to meet your needs.

How do we get seawater? Do we need to scoop up water from the ocean?

If you make a deal with us about live fish, we will adjust the water volume in an appropriate time when we deliver live fish. However, there will be charges for whole seawater replacement.
