We,「Fish Interior」started our business as a Koi Farm (Wholesale Carp) in the year of 1968. However, due to the changes of the market, our business change from a Koi Farm (Wholesale Carp) to specialize in delivering live seafoods around Tokyo metropolitan area in August 1974. Since then, we have been expanding our business by delivering the highest quality of live & fresh seafoods to Japanese fusion restaurants, sushi restaurant, hotels and other local restaurants. In the recent years, the food culture and industry has been changing rapidly as the diversity in food of each customer’s needs and requirements are different. Even with the changes in the environment, We,「Fish Interior」will continue to push forward and pursue our company’s management philosophy. Also, non-stop providing the 「ultimate freshness」,「highest quality」&「unforgettable tastiness」of live seafoods to our beloved customers from Japan and all over the World.
